How do I add items to my shopping cart?

Once you have selected the item(s) that you want to add to your shopping cart, simply select the quantity you wish to order and then hit the Add To Cart button to add the selected item to your shopping cart. At this point, you can continue shopping or check out.


How do I delete an item from my shopping cart?


Delete unwanted items from your shopping cart by selecting the "Remove Item (s)" button located on the right side of the item entry in your shopping cart.


Do you accept back orders?

We make every effort to ensure that our advertised items are available. In fact, over 95% of items are in-stock and ready for immediate shipment. However, due to the popularity of our products, some items, may be temporarily out of stock. We will accept back orders.


How can I pay for my order?


You have several payment options:

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

By Cheque: You may pay with either a personal or business cheque made out to

Gift Certificates: Shampoodles and Bows will provide a gift certificate for you if you are wanting to give this as a present

Redeeming it is as simple as ordering on the website and selecting payment option’Gift Certificate’. No refunds will be given if the purchase does not reach the value of the certificate.


Online Banking: You can pay direct into our bank account. We will email you with the details.



Is there a minimum order size?


There is no minimum order size. 

 
 

Can I send photos to you?

 

Customers are welcome to share photos of their pet using our products. We like to put them on the website showing real kiwi pets. You can also send pre-buying to see what size we recommend.


What happens if you don’t have the ‘thing’ I want?


 

We will search the world for you and other solutions to your problem. This is a free service and you are under no obligation.


How soon will my order be shipped?


We pride ourselves on prompt and accurate shipping of all orders.  We endeavour to ship the order the next business day unless we are temporarily out of stock of an item and we will let you know. We will send the remainder of the order to you now however.


My order arrived damaged. What should I do?


Inform us immediately and we will put it right.

When can I expect my order?


Delivery can occur next day or take up to 3 business days after your order has shipped, based on your exact location. South Island does take a day or so longer.






Can I get a discount on my large order?

We keep prices as low as possible. We do however offer free delivery on orders $100 and over.
However if you are an animal welfare society please inform us.

All products that we sell carry our complete guarantee of satisfaction. If you have an issue, we want to make it right!


What is your return policy?


All products that we sell carry our complete guarantee of satisfaction. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days. We will give you an exchange or refund (excluding freight), whichever you prefer.




When will I receive an email confirmation of my order?
